First of all Thank You :-)!! I am humbled and happy to be surrounded by such great musicians & all the artistic & other talent (and wonderful friends and fans) in our community!  We just got home from an awesomel trip with many local friends, and it was such a treat to see this beautiful world we live in, while getting to know our friends and neighbors!

June is Bursting Out All Over! DeDe's News :)

Hi There, I hope all of you in the US have a great Memorial Day Weekend, and pause to reflect on those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to keep us all free here in America! Okay there's really too much going on at the moment, so bear with me- very exciting! 3 brief updates: #1- My CD, Love & Fairy Tales is now in Final Mix and looks like I'll have it ready to send/get you a copy by the last week in June!  #2- I just found out that my new original Single release, "Blame It On the Summertime" is going to be played on the radio in the US nationwide starting the week of June 20th!  and #3- Pinch me! A Grammy-WinningProducer of the Year (can you say, Katy Perry & Celine Dion?)!! is going to produce my upcoming original Christmas CD, and when you find out who, you'll be amazed just like I was! Exciting month! Just got back from Nashville working with my producer finalizing some vocals for my upcoming CD, Love & Fairy Tales, coming June 2013!  Here are the April LIVE local events, and I appreciate your support so much!

NEW EP Love & Fairy Tales

Hi There Music Lovers,

DeDe here again.  I know it's been awhile, but I wanted to give you all a status update on my new EP coming June 2013, "LOVE & FAIRY TALES."  (This EP will be in line with my slogan of making REAL good Adult Contemporary Music for REAL Music lovers...):

My all-new EP/CD will be the result of a wonderful collaboration with songwriter, Grammy Nominee, Dove Award, ASCAP & BMI Winner and 38 times #1 hit songwriter, Don Koch, a well-known producer in Nashville.  I still have to pinch myself, because it's just THAT GREAT that I found Don, and that he's willing to work with me (there are not that many producers who can do what he does, he has a gift of songwriting, orchestrating and arranging as well as studio production that is almost unparalleled in the music industry).  Don has worked with: Donny Osmond, Craig Morgan, Michael Crawford, 4 Him, Larnell Harris, Phillips, Craig and Dean, and many, many other well-known Adult Contemporary (plus a lot of Christian) groups and artists, and has the awards all over his studio walls in Brentwood to prove it.  The most special gift I've received so far from teaming up with Don, is his ability to hear a song or a lyric line and know almost instantly what it needs to make the song better.    I feel very fortunate to be able to work with him on my project of 5 songs (along with a bonus track) which will be released on this all-original CD.

I'm really looking forward to this new CD which Don and I both feel will be groundbreaking new POP/Adult Contemporary music and will feature great songs- all with wonderful melodies, and relatable messages for adults and kids/teens of any age.

I'm also in the process of going to just DeDe, because everyone out there during interviews, etc. was wondering how to say or spell my last name, and since DeDe is my nickname- it seems to be working well for everyone, including me! Please drop me a line and let me know what you think of my new name, my current songs or CD, or your thoughts regarding my new EP project (or anything else you want to know).  I still have the NEW Christmas CD project starting soon too, so I'll keep you posted about that.  For now, enjoy this spring weather, and have a Happy Easter.
